The firm was founded by three partners who built their careers on the other side of these disputes, defending Fortune 500 companies and major automobile manufacturers. ASLAN PETROSYAN, ESQ.

Aslan Petrosyan graduated from Loyola Law School with Honors in Civil Litigation and Advocacy. During law school, he worked as a paralegal for a prominent Beverly Hills automobile dealership, helping defend employment claims brought against the dealership. After law school, he defended multi-billion-dollar automobile manufacturers in California lemon law cases under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and in federal Magnuson-Moss claims.

Since April 2024, Aslan has put that defense-side experience to work for the other side, representing California consumers in lemon law claims and injury victims across the state. He knows how manufacturers build their defense, and he uses it to secure the strongest outcome for each client.

SERGO AIVAZOV, ESQ.

Sergo Aivazov graduated with Honors from Southwestern Law School, specializing in Civil Litigation and Advocacy. He began his career representing employees in workplace disputes, standing up for fair treatment and employee rights. He then expanded into lemon law litigation, protecting consumers stuck with defective vehicles.

Sergo treats every case as a person’s story, not a file number. From the first conversation to the courtroom, he makes sure his clients are heard and that their position is argued with force.

PATRICK H. ALLAHVERDIAN, ESQ.

Founding Partner

Patrick Allahverdian built his foundation in litigation through several arenas. While at Loyola Law School, he helped manage a commercial real estate portfolio. He then advanced consumer rights through Proposition 65 toxic-tort litigation, and went on to defend Fortune 500 automobile manufacturers in product liability and breach-of-warranty disputes.

Today Patrick draws on that range to guide clients through personal injury, business, and real estate matters. His clients get strategic, results-driven representation and an advocate who treats them as a partner in the case, not just a name on the docket.
