Aslan Petrosyan, Esq.

Aslan Petrosyan is a founding partner of Trident Legal LLP. He graduated from Loyola Law School with Honors in Civil Litigation and Advocacy. During law school, he worked as a paralegal for a prominent Beverly Hills automobile dealership, where he assisted in defending employment claims brought against the dealership.

After law school, Aslan defended multi-billion-dollar automobile manufacturers in California lemon law cases under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and in federal Magnuson-Moss claims. That experience gave him firsthand insight into how manufacturers evaluate claims, approach negotiations, and defend warranty litigation.

Since April 2024, Aslan has put that defense-side experience to work for consumers. He represents California drivers in lemon law claims and injury victims across the state, and he builds every case to secure the strongest possible outcome.
